1. A husband and wife who were on an adjustable rate at 10.65% BEFORE it adjusted upwards on them.  The husband had an accident at work leaving him unable to work for a while.  SUCCESSFULLY MODIFIED LOAN to get them a fixed rate over 2.5% lower than they were paying.

2. A husband and wife both with credit scores BELOW 500 who were in foreclosure.  SUCCESSFULLY NEGOTIATED with the lender to pull their house out of foreclosure and tack the 5 months of delinquent payments to the back of their loan AND lower their interest rate.
