Wow...a company that actually does what they say they are going to do, how refreshing!  I knew that the chances of you being to help me were very slim and I was very nervous that if this didn't work, I wasn't going to get my money back.  I'm sad, but not surprised, that the lender will not allow you my loan to be modifed, but I want to thank you for all of your hard work and especially for delivering on your promise to return my money if it didn't work out.
